Hallo lieve mensen, na een lange periode ben ik er weer met een nieuwe blog post. Ik heb deze periode van afwezigheid gebruikt om allerlei andere activiteiten te ondernemen. Ondertussen bleef ik wel wekelijks (of vaker) mijn nagels lakken. Ook kijk ik graag “Polishes I wore” video’s. Dat gecombineerd is de voorlopig nieuwe richting van de blog. Ik ga proberen elke nieuwe maand te laten zien welke nagellakken ik heb gedragen.

Hello dear people, after a long hiatus I’m back with a new post. I used the past months for a whole host of activities. In the meantime I did polish my nails weekly (or more often). I love watching “Polishes I wore” videos. So these two combined is the new direction for the blog for the coming time. I will try to post an overview of the polishes I wore at the beginning of each month.

ILNP Daisy Jane

Deze foto is de start van deze nieuwe richting. Ik nam foto’s van mijn nagels bij de bloemen en dacht toen weer aan de blog. Ik draag hier drie laagjes van ILNP Daisy Jane met top coat. Ik draag de nagellak al een paar dagen, dus je ziet al lichte draagsporen.

This picture started it all. I took some pictures of my nails near the flowers and starting thinking about the blog. I’m wearing three thin coats of ILNP Daisy Jane with top coat. I’m wearing the polish already for a couple of days so you can spot a little wear at the tips.

The polishes I brought with me on holiday

Ik heb hier geen foto’s van op mijn nagels. Maar deze drie neutrale kleuren had ik meegenomen op vakantie. Ze komen uit mijn Essie adventskalenders.

I didn’t take pictures of my hand during the holiday. I brought these three neutral colours from Essie with me. They are from my Essie advent calendars.

Essie gorgeous geodes

Eenmaal thuis had ik na twee weken “saaie” nagels behoefte aan wat extra. Maar kleur durfde ik nog niet echt. Dus werd het Essie gorgeous geodes met prachtige holo sparkle.

Back home after two weeks of “boring” nails I was need of a little extra. I didn’t dare to add colour right away, so I picked Essie gorgeous geodes with beautiful holographic sparkle.

OPI This Isn’t Greenland with Wikkid Flake Me

De laatste manicure van deze maand is deze combinatie. Twee laagjes OPI This Isn’t Greenland met twee laagjes Flake Me van Wikkid. Daarover nog top coat. Het duurde even om aan te brengen, omdat ik iedere laag wat tijd wil geven om te drogen. Maar het zit er nog altijd goed op nu ik dit typ.

This last manicure of the month is a combination. I’m wearing base coat, two coats of OPI This Isn’t Greenland and two coats of Flake Me by Wikkid. And than also top coat. Painting it on took a while, because I like to give each layer some time to dry before applying the next. But it’s still on my nails as I type this.
