Gekke titel he? Dat komt door het thema van #wirlackierendenSommerbunt challenge van Iris van PinselPoesie en Anna van @aenn.es van deze week. Het thema heet “Innere Ruhe” en gaat erom wat je ontspant. Ik haal mijn ontspanning uit onder andere tuinieren en luisteren naar muziek. Ik vond een leuke afbeelding op een Dashica stempelplaat en ik heb mijn kleurinspiratie uit de tuin gehaald.

Strange title on this blog post right? That is all because of this week’s theme of #wirlackierendenSommerbunt challenge by Iris of PinselPoesie and Anna of @aenn.es . Its called “Innere Ruhe” and is about the things that relax you the most. It relaxes me to work in our garden (not too big, but a nice size for our urban area) and another activity that relaxes me is to listen to music. I found a fun musical image on a Dashica stamping plate and for some colour inspiration I looked around in the garden.

Ik ging voor deze felgekleurde fuchsia die aan de muur hangt. Met zijn paars met roze bloemen vrolijkt hij een saaie muur helemaal op.

I chose this bright pink and purple coloured fuchsia plant that hangs on our wall. With the flowers it brightens an otherwise boring wall.

Ik vond de beste match in deze twee kleurtjes van OPI: OPI Kiss me on my tulips en OPI My little petunia. Allebei hebben ze een bloemverwijzing in de naam. Maar volgens Manigeek is de paarse niet alleen onder deze naam bekend. Ze heeft een hele post gewijd aan alle OPI kleurtjes die onder een andere naam (en zelfs verpakking) “gedumpt” worden bij discounters. Verder heb ik dus Dashica stempel plaat SdP-111 en Nicole diary stamping polish black gepakt.

Both have floral names, but according to Manigeek is the purple not only known under this name. She has a very informative blog post about all renamed OPI shades that have been sold in discounters. Furthermore I grabbed Dashica stamping plate SdP-111 and Nicole diary stamping polish black.
