Mei was voor ons een hele drukke maand. Hierdoor heb ik niet met dezelfde regelmaat als anders mijn manicure kunnen wisselen. Een groot deel van de maand werd gekenmerkt door warm en zelfs zomers weer. Elke manicure is gedragen met base coat en top coat, tenzij anders vermeldt.

May was a very busy month in our private life. So I wasn’t able to regularly change my manicure. The weather this month was unusually warm with summer temperatures. Every manicure is worn with base coat and top coat, unless otherwise stated.

Painted polish Lucky lilac

De eerste manicure deze maand is Painted polish Lucky lilac. Ik droeg het in drie dunne laagjes. Het droogt met wat textuur op dus ik bracht nog een laagje glitter smoothing top coat voordat ik mijn gewone top coat aanbracht.

The first manicure of May is Painted polish Lucky lilac. I wore it in three thin coats. It dries with some texture so I added a layer of glitter smoothing top coat before I added my regular top coat.

Cadillacquer Positive thinking

Op 4 en 5 mei gedenken en vieren we de Nationale Dodenherdenking en Bevrijdingsdag. Voor deze dagen droeg ik Cadillacquer Positive thinking in drie dunne laagjes met glitter smoothing top coat onder mijn reguliere top coat. Ik heb deze nagellak gekozen vanwege de naam. Het is nodig om positief te blijven denken in deze tijd met zulk nieuws op de radio, tv en krant. Nieuws van internet vermijd ik op dit moment actief.

On May 4 and 5 we remember and celebrate the National Remembrance and Liberation Day. Mother’s Day manicure

Voor Moederdag droeg ik twee lakken die ik van de kinderen heb gekregen. Ik draag twee laagjes van Essie jelly gloss nail polish Orchid jelly en een laagje Essie special effects nail polish Ethereal escape. Ik bracht er een rozen afbeelding aan met een zilveren holografische stempellak van stempelplaat KADS Flower 037. Een hele lieve manicure.

For Mother’s Day I wore two polishes I was given by the children. I wore two coats of Essie jelly gloss nail polish Orchid jelly and one coat of Essie special effects nail polish Ethereal escape. I added a rose image with a silver holographic stamping polish from stamping plate KADS Flower 037. It was a very sweet manicure.

Spring skittle manicure

Daarna droeg een vrolijke skittle manicure. Op duim en wijsvinger droeg ik Kruidvat nail color 193 pastel lilac in drie laagjes. Op de middelvinger droeg ik Catrice ICONails 124 Believe in jade in twee laagjes. Op de ringvinger droeg ik OPI Suzi chases Portu-geese in drie laagjes. Op de pink droeg ik Catrice Hop, hop reloaded C10 Forget-me-not in twee laagjes.

Next I wore a spring skittle manicure. On thumb and pointer finger nail I wore Kruidvat nail color 193 pastel lilac in three coats. On de middle finger nail I wore Catrice ICONails 124 Believe in jade in two coats. On the ring finger nail I wore OPI Suzi chases Portu-geese in three coats. On the pinky nail I wore Catrice Hop, hop reloaded C10 Forget-me-not in two coats.

HEMA nail polish 011 Heartbreaker rouge

Toen begonnen de hele drukke weken van de maand. Ik droeg toen steeds een nagellak in een paar laagjes over alletien de nagels. De eerste is HEMA nail polish 011 Heartbreaker rouge in twee laagjes.

Clionadh Cosmetics nail polish Smoulder lite

Daarna droeg ik Clionadh Cosmetics nail polish Smoulder lite in twee laagjes. Het is een prachtige multichrome nagellak.

Catrice Aura glam 040 Ocean Whisper

Vervolgens koos ik voor Catrice Aura glam nail polish 040 Ocean Whisper. Ik droeg het in drie laagjes.

A England A midsummer night’s dream

Daarna droeg ik A England A midsummer night’s dream in twee laagjes. Een favoriet.

Next I wore A England A midsummer night’s dream in two coats. A favourite.

Catrice Dream in jelly sparkle 030 Sweet Jellousy

Toen koos ik voor Catrice Dream in jelly sparkle 030 Sweet Jellousy. Ik droeg het in drie laagjes. Paste bij het zomerse weer.

Then I chose Catrice Dream in jelly sparkle 030 Sweet Jellousy. I wore it in three coats. That fitted the summer weather.

Barry M Cherish

De laatste manicure van de maand was met iets meer zorg uitgekozen. Mijn echtgenoot heeft een keer Barry M Cherish meegebracht van een zakenreis naar Londen. En deze wilde ik dragen voor onze trouwdag. Ik draag het in twee laagjes en heb een afbeelding van stempelplaat KADS Festival 017 aangebracht.

I chose the final manicure of the month with a little more care. Some time ago my husband brought home for me Barry M Cherish from a business trip. I wanted to rewear it for our wedding anniversary. I wore it in two coats and added an image from stamping plate KADS Festival 017.
