Ik had deze maand regelmatig tijd om mijn nagels te lakken. Laten we eens kijken wat ik allemaal heb gedragen. Alle lakken zijn gedragen met base coat en top coat, tenzij anders vermeld. Fall nail art Daarna droeg ik een herfst nail art met bruine en gele nagellak en een gestempelde blaadjes afbeelding. Ik zag dat ik als sinds augustus 2022 met deze serie bezig ben. Het is inmiddels een heel fotoverslag van de gedragen nagellakken geworden. Ik merk ook dat het fijn is om door oude posts te gaan. Augustus is onze vakantiemaand. Deze maand zijn we 2 weken op vakantie geweest. Zoals gebruikelijk had ik wat nagellakken ingepakt om tijdens de vakantie te dragen. Door de start van het schooljaar en alle drukte die daarbij hoort, was ik iets later met het schrijven van deze blog. In ieder geval dit zijn de lakken die ik deze maand gedragen. Een nagellak alphabet is geen nieuw idee. Vooral op Instagram zijn er challenges te vinden die op alphabet gaan. Maar toen ik de video’s zag van Kae the Stephanie en Kokia Faina, was ik erg geïnspireerd om ook eens het alphabet te gebruiken. De regels zijn zo’n beetje om voor elke letter van het alphabet in je collectie een nagellak te vinden die een favoriet is of om andere redenen speciaal is. De eindselectie geeft dan inzicht in wat voor type nagellakken voor jou belangrijk zijn of van welke typen nagellak en kleuren je houdt. Ik vond deze video’s zo leuk, dat ik deze blog post doe. Mijn plan was geen nieuwe foto’s te maken voor deze blog en dat lukte bijna. Met veel plezier heb ik gezocht tussen mijn oude foto’s om mijn keuze voor alle letters van het alphabet te maken. Ik heb in februari drie keer per week mijn manicure gewisseld. Daar had ik deze maand tijd voor! Daardoor heb ik een heleboel manicures om te tonen. Alles is gedragen met base coat en top coat, tenzij anders vermeld. I was able to change my manicure three times a week in February. Normally I don’t have time to change it so often. De eerste manicure van de maand was ILNP Sweet Pea. Ik droeg het in drie laagjes. Het was zonnig, dus ik kon een foto maken van de holo sparkles. Het jaar startte stormachtig en werd daarna opgevolgd met veel mist en bewolking. Maar wellicht was er toch vaker zon dan ik mij herinner. Voor mijn gevoel was het in ieder geval een hele grijze maand. In navolging van Instagram ga ik dit jaar over op een nieuwe verhouding van mijn foto’s. Ik ga het de eerste maanden uitproberen en kijken hoe mij dit bevalt. Alle manicures zijn deze maand gedragen met base coat en top coat. The year started off with stormy weather and then followed cloudy and foggy weather. Maybe there was more sun than I remember. But I felt that it was a very grey and overcast month. A England Revealed In Sleep De eerste manicure van de maand was A England Revealed in sleep. Dit een grijze nagellak met bruine ondertoon. Het is in de zon zeer holografisch, maar helaas was het net een bewolkte periode. Ik draag het in twee laagjes. The first manicure of the month was A England Revealed in sleep. September kende dit jaar vele gezichten. De maand begon zomers, daarna volgde een wisselvallige periode en vervolgens was er mooi nazomer weer om daarna fris te eindigen. Dat zie je ook terug in mijn keuzes qua nagellak. Ik heb een variatie van kleuren gedragen. Elke manicure is gedragen met base coat en top coat. The month of September had many faces this year. It started off with summer weather, then a period of overcast and rainy weather, then a period of late summer weather and in the end the weather cooled down. Deze eerste maand van het jaar ben ik goed gestart met al mijn voornemens. Ik heb deze maand acht manicures gehaald! Om niet steeds in herhaling te vallen: alle manicures zijn gedaan met een base coat en top coat. The first month of the year was a good start with my goals for this year. Pantone Colour of the Year manicure: Peach Fuzz Het is mijn gewoonte om mij voor de eerste manicure van het jaar te laten inspireren door de Pantone kleur van het jaar. Dit jaar is het Peach Fuzz. Helaas is dit geen favoriete kleur van mij. Ik heb wel wat mogelijke opties in mijn nagellak collectie gevonden. Op mijn duim en pink heb ik twee laagjes Catrice ICONails 107 Peach Me. Ik ben deze maand gestart met de nagellakken van mijn zomerselectie. Met de Barbie film die uitkwam, heb ik ook meer roze gedragen. Essie B’aha moment! with essence 07 party princess Mijn eerste manicure van maart was weer een van mijn opties voor de Pantone kleur van het jaar: Viva Magenta. Iedere keer als ik een nagellak tegenkom die past bij de beschrijving van Viva Magenta, dan zet ik deze apart. Ik heb inmiddels zo’n selectie staan, dat ik erover denk om ze komende zomer zoveel mogelijk te dragen.
