De maand begon erg warm, maar daarna koelde het af en het eindigde met een periode van wisselvallig weer. Typisch Hollands zomerweer. Net voor het midden van de maand startte de schoolvakantie. Al met al kon ik regelmatig nagels lakken deze maand. Ik heb zelfs een paar keer neon nagellak gedragen. Ik draag elke manicure met base coat en top coat tenzij anders vermeld. The month started off really hot, but it cooled down. By the end of the month it was regularly rainy and rather cool for summertime. All with all a typical Dutch summer. Just before the middle of the month the summer school holidays started. I was able to paint my nails on a regular basis. I even wore a few neon nail polishes. Maart was niet mijn beste maand. Helaas was ik twee keer ziek deze maand. Ik begon de maand met griep. En richting het einde van de maand werd ik nog een keer ziek met een buikgriep. Gelukkig lukte het wel om regelmatig mijn nagellak te wisselen. Elke manicure was gedaan met base coat en top coat, tenzij ik anders vermeld. March was not the best month so far. Sadly I was sick twice this month. I started the month with the flu. And towards the end of the month I was sick with a stomach flu. I did manage to change my polish on a regular basis. In het laatste weekeinde van september hielpen wij vrienden met het sjouwen van verhuisdozen. Helaas brak ik hierbij een nagel, dus de maand oktober startte ik met korte nagels. Gelukkig groeide ze in de loop van de maand weer uit naar mijn vertrouwde (korte) lengte. Elke manicure is deze maand gedragen met base coat en top coat, tenzij anders vermeld. We helped our friends out with moving boxes in the last weekend of September. Of course I was clumsy and broke a nail. So I started October with nubbins. September kende dit jaar vele gezichten. De maand begon zomers, daarna volgde een wisselvallige periode en vervolgens was er mooi nazomer weer om daarna fris te eindigen. Dat zie je ook terug in mijn keuzes qua nagellak. Ik heb een variatie van kleuren gedragen. Elke manicure is gedragen met base coat en top coat. The month of September had many faces this year. It started off with summer weather, then a period of overcast and rainy weather, then a period of late summer weather and in the end the weather cooled down. This is reflected in the choices I made in my manicures. I wore a large variation of colours. Every manicure was worn with base coat and top coat. Ik houd nu weer een jaar de blog bij met mijn serie “Polishes I wore”. Als ik terug kijk, maakt het mij erg blij om de foto’s te zien van alle nagellakken die ik heb gedragen. It’s a year since I started to blog regularly with my series “Polishes I wore”. Looking back at the pictures I’m very happy to see all the worn polishes. Deze september startte met een kapotte computer, waardoor het tot het einde van de maand duurde voordat alles weer werkte. Het was een drukke maand, maar ik kon ook regelmatig mijn nagels lakken.
